Scheduling

We will work with you to schedule appointments around your work or school schedule as much as possible. Our schedule is designed to provide maximum availability for short archwire change appointments in the after-school hours. Longer appointments to put braces on and remove braces are reserved in the morning hours.

If you are late for an appointment, we will accomplish as much as possible within your allotted time but may have to reschedule you to complete the necessary treatment and not make other patients wait for their appointed time. We make every attempt to remain on schedule, and we realize how important your time is during your daily activities.

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We are aware that unforeseen events or emergencies sometimes require missing an appointment. We kindly request 24-hours advance notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. In the event that an appointment may need to be rescheduled, we ask that you contact our office as soon as possible. After missing your third appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, a an additional fee will be assessed to your account and premium after-school hour appointments cannot be granted.
